Blackwolf’s soldiers are the backbone of his empire. A marching force made up of mutants, corrupted men, and creatures shaped by radiation, war, and the forgotten evils of mankind’s past. Some were born into Scortch, knowing only violence and misery, while others were twisted into the fold. They are less individuals than weapons, built to obey and expand Blackwolf’s growing kingdom. Without the new technology that was just discovered in Scortch, or sometimes even with it, they lacked the motivation to win in battle. Many a day, young elves would sit waiting in their trenches for an attack that would never come, and if it did, it wasn’t well managed, and the troops’ formation broke quickly in battle. In this image, we see two of his soldiers enjoying a night on the town. Both are a few drinks in and laughing as they head to the nearest brothel they can find. The embodiment of hedonism and corruption, with smiles you can’t help but stare at in curiosity. We’re honored to work alongside Bakshi Productions Inc. bringing this legendary collection to life and reintroducing the world of Wizards to a new generation through art, fashion, and culture.
